Includes fitness center, aerobics and dance studio with wood sprung floor, arts and crafts space with outdoor work terrace, new floors, carpet, paint, wiring, plumbing, phone and data lines. Added ADA accessibility to pool, and restrooms as well as new elevator.

To re-use buildings is a very sustainable thing to do. The building was a noble building with great bones. It is a building that is new and fresh, but still has some of the character of the original building.
