David D. Ruby Vice President / Progressive Mechanical, Inc.The effort put forth by Brockamp & Jaeger to accommodate the Gladstone School District and complete the project on time was no small feat, and not many contractors could have pulled it off successfully. The team approach with their attention to detail, working daily with all subcontractors involved, and working hand in hand with the design team and owner allowed this project to be one of the best projects we have been involved with as a mechanical contractor to date.

David D. Ruby Vice President / Progressive Mechanical, Inc.This was accomplished by Brockamp & Jaeger by breaking up this project into almost thirty (30) different phases of work. This project had the most stringent and thought out phasing schedule plan that I have ever been involved with in my thirty three years of piping experience. By involving their subcontractors to partner up with the “Team Approach” and work together to not only accommodate each other as trade crafts, but to also look out for possible issues and conflicts while constructing this project compelled everyone involved to “Buy Into” the project, and the difficult scheduled phasing. We feel that this was an excellent example of project management by placing themselves in the forefront to drive this project.

David D. Ruby Vice President / Progressive Mechanical, Inc.As one of the big three subcontractors (MEP) on this project, it was imperative that the chosen general contractor, by being the successful apparent low bid, was capable of leading the project not only through professionalism, but most important by utilizing their knowledge and experience. As a whole we were up against great challenges on this project not only by making sure that the school was operating and functioning in its day to day procedure without major disruption, but also by not disrupting any scheduled activities and school functions after hours during the school year.

Greg Boen Project Manager / Portland Electrical ConstructionThe cooperation that Russ brought to the table everyday was greatly appreciated. This atmosphere resulted in a truly enjoyable project for everyone involved, a successful end result, and a tremendous end product for the owner. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Brockamp & Jaeger on future projects.

Greg Boen Project Manager / Portland Electrical ConstructionThroughout the project I felt that Brockamp & Jaeger truly acted in the best interest of the owner and each member of the construction team. Not only was the paperwork processed and returned quickly, but Russ regularly visited the job site to help coordinate any required field changes as they were discovered so that the design intent was upheld while ensuring that the construction schedule was never compromised.

Greg Boen Project Manager / Portland Electrical ConstructionAs Project Manager for Portland Electrical Construction, the Electrical Contractor selected for this project, I worked closely with Russ to make sure that the needs of the owner were not only met but exceeded. Gladstone High School was a rather challenging renovation with a fairly aggressive schedule, therefor communication was a crucial element in bringing the project to completion in time for school to start.
