This was accomplished by Brockamp & Jaeger by breaking up this project into almost thirty (30) different phases of work. This project had the most stringent and thought out phasing schedule plan that I have ever been involved with in my thirty three years of piping experience. By involving their subcontractors to partner up with the “Team Approach” and work together to not only accommodate each other as trade crafts, but to also look out for possible issues and conflicts while constructing this project compelled everyone involved to “Buy Into” the project, and the difficult scheduled phasing. We feel that this was an excellent example of project management by placing themselves in the forefront to drive this project.
