As one of the big three subcontractors (MEP) on this project, it was imperative that the chosen general contractor, by being the successful apparent low bid, was capable of leading the project not only through professionalism, but most important by utilizing their knowledge and experience. As a whole we were up against great challenges on this project not only by making sure that the school was operating and functioning in its day to day procedure without major disruption, but also by not disrupting any scheduled activities and school functions after hours during the school year.
