Brockamp & Jaeger has just completed the Photocraft Relocation project in Beaverton, OR. This project consisted of a 73,400 SF tenant improvement of a production warehouse space and interior office space. Occupancy was granted for the production area after 61 days of construction and the office area was granted occupancy after 73 days of construction. The project was valued at $2.56 M and required a fast-track approach working 6 days a week for 10 hours per day.
Upon completing this project, Janine DeVos, the Facilites Operation and Maintenance Manager for Taylor Corporation, had this to say:
“I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU for all you’ve done to make our move possible. Each and every one on your team went the extra mile to make it possible in our unrealistic timeline and we made it! Make sure everyone knows we sincerely appreciate your extra efforts, extra hours, weekend work, etc. It doesn’t go un-noticed! Now pack up your stuff and move out of our Beaverton building – we need every inch for production equipment! Thanks!”
