This project included a new secure vestibule, office remodel, along with security upgrades, new access controls, and paging system upgrades throughout, new CTE Makerspace, seismic upgrade to the gym roof and URM wall structures, complete replacement of the various roofing types and sheet metal flashings, and new HVAC systems including a new chiller, cooling tower, RTU’s, and packaged units.
