A state-of-the-art renovation of Mt. Hood Community College’s dental teaching clinic, including 21 new operatories, laboratories, 5 x-ray stations, restorative, sterilization, new fire suppression, dental vacuum, and MEP services. The dental vacuum and under-floor utilities were installed between floors, in the college’s auditorium ceiling, which required scaffolding work platforms be constructed to reach the utility work from below. After all MEP components were installed, the project required extensive spray-applied fireproofing restoration. Finished wood décor walls bring the space to life with natural, warm tones.
