This 12-week multi-phased project delivered comprehensive school improvements including a remodeled main office with secure entry vestibule, complete interior/exterior finishes, new roofing with metal coping and flashings, and building-wide HVAC replacement. Additional upgrades encompassed lighting, structured cabling, paging/intercom systems, classroom A/V equipment, fire alarm system, access controls, and emergency generator installation. Sitework included new underground utilities and concrete preparation for an OFOI playground structure, well pump house relocation with generator backup, and utility decommissioning to facilitate the historic Carus School House relocation.
