Construction of a 56,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building of which 2,000 square feet was finished as office space and an additional 15,000 square feet allotted for future expansion. The facility manufactures a wide range of interlocking concrete pavers and segmental retaining wall units for professional and do-it-yourself landscape projects.
