Rentrak

In September of 2012, Brockamp & Jaeger successfully completed a four-story demo and tenant improvement for Rentrak Corporation. This project was valued at $1.06 million and encompassed over 55,000 square feet of construction. The HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems were all design-build. The fire alarm system had to be brought up to code which required extensive work on all floors. Rentrak’s low-voltage electrical requirements were very stringent and required a great deal of coordination with their IT department. Architectural improvements consisted of new executive offices, an executive boardroom remodel, numerous conference room remodels, general office remodels, a lobby remodel, cubicle installations on all four floors, and a new staff break room.
