Beacon Dental Building

This new 10,000 SF Class A dental surgery and implant clinic was the last site development project within an existing business park. The full-buildout of the park created no lay-down area or onsite storage so just-in-time logistics were utilized to minimize disruptions to neighboring tenants. Due to the small site, a new green roof was designed and installed to satisfy the minimum requirements for plantings. This design-build project consisted of Category 1 and Category 3 MedGas systems with emergency battery back-up, along with new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm. Brockamp & Jaeger worked with the Owner’s dental equipment provider to plan for and source the new dental chairs, x-ray equipment, vacuum pumps, exam lights, and wall mounted exam room fixtures. Our crew self-performed the concrete work, rough carpentry framing, trusses, doors, hardware, and misc. finishes on this project.
