North Powellhurst ES Renovation

This project included abatement throughout all remodeled areas, a new secure vestibule, office remodel, complete exterior window replacement, new classroom finishes, restroom upgrades, complete plumbing upgrade and fixture replacement throughout the entire school, new HVAC cooling, electrical panel upgrades, new electrical service, along with building security upgrades, new access controls, paging system upgrades throughout. Exterior work consisted of a parking lot upgrade that included new drive aisles, curbing, striping, security fencing, and new landscaping throughout.
