Phase 1 of this multi-phased project consisted of a 30,000 SF self-performed seismic upgrade for Jackson Campus Bldg. B including new roofing, new canopy roofs, moment frames, concrete wall infills, shear walls, and seismic joints. Phase 2 of this project included relocating the main office and building a new secure vestibule including new finishes, security glazing, access controls, new HVAC systems, and full lighting replacement. Phase 1 work resulted in a cost of work GMP savings, totaling ($33,858) in returned funds.
