This CM/GC project consisted of an immediate occupancy seismic retrofit grant project. Brockamp & Jaeger self-performed the excavation, concrete foundations, and the seismic retrofit work that consisted of new plywood sheathing over existing wood framed walls, new hold-downs, shear walls, and new plywood roof diaphragm sheathing. With the exception of the interior MEP seismic bracing work, all work was completed from the exterior of the structure so the Fire District could replace the building insulation, siding, roofing, apparatus bay doors, windows, and a new metal roof.
