Improvements to BPMS consisted of a main office & vestibule remodel to redefine the security protocols and operation of the main entry. The school received new finishes in the office, roof repairs, new HVAC split-systems serving MDF / IDF rooms, lighting upgrade throughout the school, structure cabling improvements, replaced the paging / intercom system, added classroom A/V systems, and updated the fire alarm control panel along with the access controls / security panels. Brockamp & Jaeger worked with the Project Team to develop a value engineered savings of ($427,670) prior to the start of construction.
