In June 2019, construction crews broke ground on this new concrete tilt-up manufacturing facility. The site featured new utilities, storm water treatment, heavy duty pavement, and retaining walls for the grade ramps. The 30’ tall, 2-story building included new fire sprinklers, unit heaters for freeze protection, under-slab sanitary sewer, and building electrical systems. As part of our CM/GC agreement, B&J provided a GMP savings of ($18,093) at the conclusion of the project.
