Photocraft Relocation

The Photocraft Relocation project was a 74,300 SF GMP tenant improvement that was completed using a fast-track approach working 6 days per week for 10 hours a day. The complex time tables were met, and the warehouse production area occupancy was granted after 61 days of construction and occupancy for the 23,000 SF office area was granted after 73 days of construction. The HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and electrical systems were all design-build to help meet the Owner’s equipment needs. The warehouse equipment was transported from the Owner’s previous site and set-in-place at the locations that had been precisely prepared by the construction crews. The architectural improvements for this project included new offices, conference rooms, cubicle work stations, breakrooms, restrooms, and a storefront remodel. The office ceiling was lined with exposed wood beams to give this space a truly modern finish.
