Stark's Vacuums

Remodel and rehabilitation of an existing retail store for Stark’s Vacuums in Hillsboro, Oregon. Part of the building was demolished, areas were rebuilt and the structure was rehabilitated with new roof, siding, shop windows, new lighting and awnings. Improvements to the site included a new public sidewalk, an upgraded storm drainage system, replacement of existing driveways, new landscaped areas and an expanded paving area with an improved parking configuration.
