Redland Elementary School

This CM/GC project included new Admin. /Office area, new CTE space, seismic upgrades to the existing structure, new interior ADA concrete ramps, polished concrete floors, construction of a new secure entry vestibule with lock-down / lock-out building access controls, new HVAC systems, new restrooms / plumbing upgrades, LED lighting upgrades throughout, new security camera system, new paging and wireless clocks, new electrical service gear, new exterior storefront windows with School Guard bullet resistant glass, building façade updates, decorative band sawn wood siding, gym roof replacement, installation of rooftop fall protection devices, new septic tanks and septic utility piping, new sidewalks, board form concrete benches and decorative columns, asphalt paving, parking lot striping, landscape improvements, and site fencing.
